I agree it could be made more clear and stated explicitly without having to expand multiple options on the booking page but Aer Lingus does provide the following note in a tooltip next to the business class amenities and this is probably enough to defend themselves against a complaint of an unfair or deceptive practice:
Exclusive cabin
Lie flat seats
Luxury dining
