Impressions from these parts are that while the flights weren't ideal, the experience (especially a few F&B items that described as "rather tasty," "excellent," etc.) appears to be better than what 90% of the public flying in premium cabins are experiencing these days. This doesn't mean that it shouldn't or couldn't be better. It just means that the little violins aren't showing up for this "Lament in C Minor."
I'm unsure. On the one hand you are right and I tend to agree. It's often much worse. On the other hand I imagine it would be me who experienced that. Let's say I wouldn't be happy.
