~40 of the 738 fleet (the 73H subfleet, the first 738s to get IFE) will also be getting cabin mods. No idea if they will use the seat you have pictured though.
I'm assuming the ex Lion 739s will get the same product as the rest of the Delta 739 fleet but also don't know on that one.

18 airplanes with 2 engines made very little sense in the best of times. Sky rocketing fuel, harder and harder to find MRO availability (most of the 777 maintenance was outsourced) and the pilot shortage made dumping the fleet an easy choice.
Only fleet that might have made sense in hindsight to keep would have been the 737-700 fleet.
