The only thing I think UA was thinking with the word Sashimi (and thinking wrongly) is the other fish UA serves has been outright pre-cooked and warmed in the ovens versus the cod which is not pre-cooked and is raw - but still warmed in the ovens. The cod is previously frozen - they have no choice but to warm in the oven but I wouldn't use the word Sashimi.
