Thank you for your answer. It wasn't my intention to "drip feed" information because I've only ever booked commercial on ba.com and only contacted GGL in the past for Avios bookings that require GUF with Jokers (basically things that you can't do online). So it didn't occur to me that my request could be mis-perceived as a commercial booking, and for that I apologise.
