Ok.. So adding some data here.. Because I had to take a call and I had to drop a rental off at IAH I got to the airport real early. I visited C33 and E.. I visited C1 on my last trip:
C1: Most modern but also the most crowded in my experience.
C33: Seems like a Tardis. Cozy. Great bartenders! Most "window seats" as it is long and skinny.
E: My favourite. Being on level 2 having windows into the terminal and airfield it was bright and very airy. "Rows" of chairs are very long so having some space a bit more of an issue.

yesterday both E and C33 had GREAT food selections. In fact, with the post C-19 increased offering of gratis drinks (tap beers) I have to say United Clubs at IAH are pretty darn good.
