The tumblers in the room placed on the side tables are heavy crystal. When you get your laundry it gets returned in a beautiful leather box. The lobby is gorgeous and actually feels like a library, and the library extends out the front door into seating areas with bookshelves built in around the columns. The art is detailed pencil and watercolor drawings of birds, plants, looks like it was taken from the pages of a 19th-century naturalist's book, framed beautifully and placed all over. Everything about this place exudes quality, comfort, and luxury that is extensive, but not cheap. A lot of places feel like cheap luxury. This definitely is not one of them. 100% will stay here again when I am in São Paulo next year.
You have pretty much described nearly every Rosewood I have been too. They get all the details right and extremely well done. I will have to try the São Paulo property someday.
