I wanted to follow up on the above question and see if someone could provide me a status update as its been a month from my last inquiry with no resolution. I did receive an email from Lufthansa customer support about 3 weeks ago requesting some additional information and indicated I could expect a resolution in the very near term. I provided the requested information same day; however I received no confirmation of receipt nor subsequent explanation of steps to resolution. Thanks for any insight and help you can provide.
