I had the cod the other day ex-Germany as well. Mine was a bit on the firm side but still ok. Alongside the sauce - spiced up with some Tabasco - it was quite enjoyable.

The "sashimi" wording is indeed very confusing. My first question to the FA was then, if this was a cold dish.
