Covid testing in Oslo, Norway

Two questions on Covid testing in Oslo, Norway:
  1. Anyone know if at home rapid antigen self-test kits are available in Oslo supermarkets and drug stores and roughly how much they cost?
  2. Any recommendations on reliable Central Oslo providers of rapid antigen tests with safe to travel certificates for a cruise out of Longyearbyen, Svalbard? We're looking for an alternative to testing at Oslo Gardermoen Airport, so we can avoid leaving for the airport if we're going to test positive. Various requirements mean we'd need to get tested between 8:00 pm on a Wednesday and 10:30 am on a Thursday, with certified results in hand by 12:30 pm on Thursday.
Thanks in advance for any advice.
