I made a booking recently with GGL but yet to ticket, because my boss isn’t able to approve my leave yet for the intended duration as there may be a company event. I asked GGL (both times got through to India) who said they can only extend the ticketing deadline by 72 hours.

Aside from calling every 72 hours to extend the ticketing deadline, is there a way to set a later ticketing deadline (to end August), by which I would know for sure if the company event is going ahead or not, therefore whether my leave would be approved.

Or is this something that the India team are unempowered to do, but the UK team can?
