Try faxing in a request for old room bills. I've done it once. There is something on their website and it seems to be some type of automated process that either faxes or emails the bill to you. You might just end up with the incidentals invoice.

Try a different front desk clear too... somebody working the 11:00-7:00 shift. They might be able to print out a room bill for you.
