In table seats, both sets of the pair get the full view. So I always count forward or back two from the forward facing pair of the table seats. So, if row 1 is table seat facing back and row 2 is table seat facing forward, row 3 will have a partial and row 4 will have the full. If row 16 and 17 are table seats facing each other at the back, row 15 will have a full window. These numbers are obviously pulled out of air so you'll have to look at the seating chart and count based on the actual row numbers.
