The UK T&C point to a total of £900 in statement credits through the program for dining through 12/31/24 (£150 each for dining at participating restaurants inside the UK and outside the UK, per dining period--of which they're three). The TPG piece sounded like a program that they've now replaced with a Resy partnership ("Global Dining Access by Resy"), rather than statement credits for dining at participating restaurants.
I'm not super familiar with the Resy partnership, though; I have only rarely used credit card concierges to make dining reservations. The Resy partnership seems at least useful in that some of the same places already managed their online reservations that way, and the Amex Platinum benefit is to get added inventory, better seating, etc., at those restaurants.
