Just wanted to come here to this safe space and scream in frustration.
I have not had any single night posted automatically since March. Everything since then ~32 nights~ I have had to submit missing stay forms on all the stays. With about a quarter of them needing 'further review'.
Just finished two short stays in late July and I'm just dreading having to submit for those stays too since, of course, they haven't posted. It's getting tiring really. I just can't think of any other loyalty program that has ever had me police my account this much.
That is really strange. Are all these at the same hotel?
