I've got a TA looking at booking a flight for me, MEX-LHR-GVA return in Sep. This would be an alternate to the MEX-MAD Avios flight I have booked. As far as I know that is fully refundable via BA.com (is a BA ticket) minus the 35 quid fee.

It seems logical at $2200 return earning 360 TPs and 31200 Avios as opposed to the 790 USD with no TPs or Avios. I'd recoup the 67000 avios used for the Iberia ticket.

The reason I'm asking here is there is F reward avail on return leg, but the TA said he doesn't have the capability to do it. Assuming this is booked as a TA booking, how can I process that because whenever I've tried online I've never been able to on MEX booked tickets. I'm trying to use the TA as it's easier for me when billing this to my company.

I could book it myself, but then likely to be a ballache getting a fiscally deductible receipt.
