It appears that AA's BOS-LHR flight does indeed depart from Terminal B -- presumably to facilitate connections from other domestic airports. The return flight -- LHR-BOS -- arrives at Terminal E -- presumably for Immigration and Customs.

The only participating Priority Pass venue I see in Terminal B is a restaurant, "Stephanie's."
