You need to call back and ask for 40DEF. If those are taken, maybe you can connive your way into Comfort Plus at one of those bulkheads instead.

*caveat: if you're on one of the LATAM (35L) variants, the bassinets appear to be rows 16 in C+ or 35DEF for main cabin.
Seems we were given some bad info then :/

Row 30 / C+ is completely full (but wasn’t at the time of booking…). Row 40 does indeed look like a bulkhead, but it’s also an exit row. The agent didn’t think they could seat us there because we have an infant in arms… Maybe I need to call back?
