Think they also have it on board most of the time as well, but not 100% certain on that one. I never see labels on board anymore.
I've never had Champagne on a Polaris flight. I have had stewardesses who claimed they were serving me Champagne. Until I challenged them on it and then they admitted it was not actual Champagne.
But now that I think about it they might have had Champagne on the old Intl First class that went a away some years ago.
