From my memory United stopped serving Champagne sometime right after 9/11.
Pretty sure they have Champagne in the Polaris Lounges most of the time, which is the focus of this thread.

Think they also have it on board most of the time as well, but not 100% certain on that one. I never see labels on board anymore.
