I've never had any issue going to T4 for the Centurion Lounge while flying out of T8 on AA. Regardless, ere's my list: LAX (TBIT, T4, T5, T6, T7, T8 are all connected via underground walkway, but T1, T2, and T3 are not connected to the aforementioned terminals), DFW, CLT, MIA (I believe not all are, though), SEA, PHX. I'm sure there are more but those are the ones I'm sure of with Centurion lounges.
