It’s generally known on the forum that if cost and/or points redemption isn’t part of the consideration then the GB followed by the KG are the best options. Comments on each and comparison threads can be found in the forum. Academia is a newer stylish hotel so I can see why it might be #3 BUT I am not a fan and will not return due to the bad elite treatment we had, average service and the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in,
