Even though PP has every benefit I'd ever need (reasonable upgrade priority, OWE, a SWU, boarding order, AS/B6 benefits) and is considerably easier to earn, one reason I'm scared to give up EXP is the phone line. Half my calls are SWU-related but half are irrops. It's not like I never have to wait on-hold, but it's rare.
