How does SW handle issues if only one flight a week?
I am scheduled to fly KOA-LAS-DTW later this fall
That is the only routing that SW offers for KOA-DTW at all, and it is just on Sundays, it looks like per calendar.
the flight timing and price are way better than other carriers, so booked it, but realized I am not sure what happens if there’s a problem with the plane(s) or it is cancelled. Since it is just once a week, what is SW’s policy in case of issues?
refund only? Other carrier? Find some routing that works but isn’t actually sellable?
