Sort of like Expedia calling 3 stars 5 stars.
Yeah, I have to agree. It has a lot of good qualities if judged as a 4 star property. Their site calls it a 5 star luxury property and it simply missed that mark. I will just say again that I find the people to be very nice here, some of the nicest. Particularly the lounge staff. The lounge has not been very busy at all during breakfast. I love it! Wife made me hit the restaurant this AM and it was busy but not obnoxiously so. I am very surprised how sketchy the area around the hotel has gotten. So many people sleeping on the sidewalk this AM. I don't ever remember seeing that before. Guys hawking fake luxury watches, they all had to flee Hong Kong?
I am not saying I do not like the property but to your point, it is not a 5 star property by any measure. I will not be staying here on future visits unless I am sure to not end up in a standard room. The bathroom setup is a joke.
