I have stayed before at both hotels.

Marriott
- new built and a modern look
- has a M Club lounge
- rooms / suites do not have windows that can open for fresh air
- really next to Hartono mall and a very nice Hypermarket

Hyatt
- older hotel, needs to be renovated
- its club lounge is closed but excellent alternative offered
- suites have balconies, some rooms have their own patios
- extensive green areas and huge pool area


Both hotels have a friday night buffet
Both hotels have their f&b more focused for the domestic taste

Two totally different hotels!
It depends on your focus and needs.

PS: Sheraton was planned for a refurb but difficult to find out if still as planned, now that airport JOG Adiscutjipto moved to YIA Kulon Progo!
Losing a lot of business due to the airport move....
