Considering paying with 1 card sometimes already crashes the website, I'd say 100% it's not possible online.

as to on the phone, probably not. YMMV

I'd say: get creative. If it's multiple passengers, split it up in separate bookings. If it's multiple legs, split up per leg (if price isn't negatively impacted). Or try to find an OTA or classic TA which allows for split payments.
