Seems like BA's award winning IT is up to it's old tricks. When I look on the app for YTD BA flights taken for elite requalification it says I have zero.... despite it showing the required 4 last week.
I suppose with the school kids being on summer break there is no IT support at the moment.
My cancelled and refunded Comair flights from 1st and 8th June are still showing in my upcoming flights. That is after the app spends 30 seconds asking where BA can take me next, as if it's a guessing game!
