Hotel breakfast in DC or even by DCA can cost $50 for two. So if two people are flying out of DCA and the breakfast is ok at the upcoming Centurion lounge, it’s a wash financially for the consumer on whether to spend $25 per person at the hotel for breakfast or effectively do the same at the lounge.
This is reaching. Especially considering many people can either expense (a better) breakfast, or could have one included at their hotel.
Then, you're hoping you can even get in with your expensive membership. While it is nice they are adding one in DC, that just screams of another overcrowded lounge. Especially one where this new guest policy may not have as much of a positive impact.
