By chance are you doing a lot of searches back-to-back? That's the only way I usually get this message and it's to block bots (I always assume). But I have to do at least 15-20 search back-to-back before seeing this and it's almost only when I'm doing award ticket searches trying to find a halfway reasonable return from Europe later this year and just can't for any low mileage.
Closing the tab and re-opening a new one to Unied.com fixes the issue for me.

This mirrors my experience too - generally when hunting for upgrade space as I'm often running - and re-running - searches back-to-back.
Can confirm opening a new tab resolves the issue for me.
