When you look at the flight on FinnAir, does it have your BAEC number attached? (Check all the digits are right). I wonder if the issue is that it has a different loyalty card attached.

If you use an incognito browser window, can you manage the booking on BA (using the locator code and your surname, not logging in) - and add (or delete and readd) your BAEC number?
