I booked a trip with my BA Avios on American Airlines. I received a confirmation email from BA with the ticket numbers and the trip was on my account for 2 days. Now, the trip is no longer on my account, but still shows up on my AA account. I can pull the trip up on Finnair using the BA Locator code, but when I try to add it to my BA account using the same locator code, I get a message saying the trip cannot be added to my account. The trip also shows up on my AA account. Any ideas why it disappeared from my BA account?
I have other trips on AA and AS booked with Avios that show up on my BA account....
When you look at the flight on FinnAir, does it have your BAEC number attached? (Check all the digits are right). I wonder if the issue is that it has a different loyalty card attached.
If you use an incognito browser window, can you manage the booking on BA (using the locator code and your surname, not logging in) - and add (or delete and readd) your BAEC number?
