Looking at booking EWR to HNL via UA, I can’t seem to find any award availability next year online. Haven’t called CS yet, thought maybe it was a app issue.
Check the UA website for award availability (no account needed)...only UA fare class I for Domestic First and X for Economy will appear on Krisflyer for redemption. If neither of those fare classes are showing, there will be no award inventory on SQ.
