Hoping you can help with this one - had a look through the thread and can't find the answer. I am planning a trip next month. Due to flight times I need to fly GLA to LHR and overnight at Heathrow before then going away for 5 nights to Boston (including hotel). Given that the hotel is only for the 5 nights in Boston (and not the one night at Heathrow pre the transatlantic) will this still qualify?
I believe and this is quoted somewhere upthread that if it is less than 24 hours between flights then it will still count for the promotion.
I moved a flight to the day before due to a cancellation and I have 23.45 between flights which I was told was still fine.
