PS The place was busy, the wasnt a spare seat in the exec lounge last nigh, and breakfast got busy around 9am, with people sitting in the grand ball room as over flow...
I noticed the opposite with the lounge last time at happy hour but only went in two times at happy last stay because of the cutbacks. You use to have to get there right at the start for a seat and while the lounge was busy both times there were seats available.
For breakfast, I recommend just going to the restaurant. While it isn't as nice as before where you could order anything for free off the menu, the buffet offerings are still better than whats available in the lounge.
