I am guessing what the hotel means is that if you book the premium room on night 1, you would booked a premium room for every night, so yes, it would cost you a million points. Cannot imagine it is worth that.

You are probably better off finding something else near by to book for the first 2 nights, and grab these 3 nights, but keep checking back to see if availability changes
