Best improvement imho: you can sit together with another person in front of you. Good for couples traveling together or for co-workers. See other notes below the pics.
The seat has also a DND mode. Bluetooth connectivity for headsets is also available (though it wasn't working).
A really bad thing: The tv / monitor feels really far from the seat.
Be careful, the seats which were displayed at Galeries Lafayette were front row seats. Hence the extra space for feet / coworkers in front of the seats. It won't be like that for the other rows. That's what the two ladies told me.
