I was wondering what the cabin crew did on those Caribbean shuttles. I overheard one talking to a passenger on our LGW-ANU flight (we were staying on for PLS).

She said they were spending the night in ANU, then doing an ANU-PUJ-ANU flight the day after, then another night in ANU then flying back ANU-LGW the day after that.

That surprised me, as I thought they might get a bit more 'down time' than that, basically it sounded like they didn't get a full day off.
