can someone please tell me should I cancel or change travel dates when I used companion code and paid for premium seats

I bought 2 tickets using a companion fare tickets. It’s non refundable tickets. I paid premium seats. If I change it to another travel dates, what will happened to my premium seats? Will I lose the value? Is there a way to keep the companion code and the premium seats paid ?

‘these are 3 options if I cancel the tickets, but there is no mention of premium seats that I paid.
