Yes, that's correct. Never got to see the lounge which is a shame based on the comments in this thread. From a tourist perspective it was a pleasure to be in Budapest at that time as occupancy was quite low, the attractions (such as the parliament tour, the boat tours etc.) were easily accessible and the city wasn't crowded.
