1k United member here, flying business from Frankfurt to ORD with Lufthansa. Upon arrival we found out that both (2) bags didn't show up. But the online tracking says good news we found your bags, and it will be put on the same flight next day. However, we only received 1 of the 2 bags a few days later. The other is still showing the same status on the tracking site for the last 3-4 weeks. There is no one to speak to at the airport or over the phone. I am in absolutely disgusted with the fact that there is NO ONE to speak to, and the tracking site is still showing 3 weeks old information.
