I had a one night stay here in May - it was laughable , and if I had planned on a full weekend it would have been miserable
The phone system did not work - for multiple days , hyatt could not even reach them , they could only send messages to the front desk
I paid a rate via hyatt.com that turned out $50 above their cut rate day of rate available on multiple websites
The room felt like a cheap motel , with the cold vibes of the 'home apartment' used in the movie 'Up in the Air'
The plumbing didn't work - the toilet barely flushed , taking a shower meant standing in several inches of tub water after a few minutes
Surprisingly, they did supply higher end soaps, the same brand as used at the Andaz West Hollywood
In the end, they would not provide a bill on check-out , it took weeks and repeated requests
Hyatt customer service finally credited me for a stay after calling for a month, they guestimated how many points to credit me
