Just had an email saying that I am no longer allowed to pay the balance on my spouses BAPP card statement. This must now be paid by my spouse from their own personal account. BAPP say this new policy is being forced upon them by law and, despite a complaint to them, refuse any exceptions. I can pay my other half's HMRC tax bill, their insurance and council tax bill but no longer the BAPP card. BAPP card cancelled as a result of this nonsense.
