I have a sneaking suspicion that the staff keep the temperature at a level that suits them best and induces passengers into a foggy, groggy stupor. Sleeping passengers don't make demands. I apologise if my suspicion is widely off the mark; I can't help returning to it.
What is BA's standard range please?
