A side question, Jeffrey (and Kacee), gone through PHX a bit but rarely need to check a bag. If I have liquids from LHR duty free that I want to check in a bag at PHX (that is hand baggage when I get on for LHR-PHX), is the aa recheck nornally staffed post CBP to do that, cant seem to recall what is there to recheck bags, having been hand baggage only before. I know at some recheck locations it's only to grab prior tagged thru check bags and not generate a new bag tag
