Yes, it's suburban compared to Midtown Manhattan, but it seems like a lot of posters on this thread don't really understand the dynamics of this particular market. It's a New England town, on the water, in summer, and that equals big-city $$$. Comparison markets would be the Thousand Islands, Maine Coast, Adirondacks, etc. They're all expensive.
