It's hit or miss. That hotel can be full. I've had to wait for hours in the EL sometimes. Last visit I just booked the extra night so I wouldn't hafta sweat it arriving at 6am.
Addendum to answer your question--I would not say the odds are good, 50-50 at best, based on about 10 stays with morning arrivals.
