FWIW, I had a similar impression of the service culture at Rosewood London. They did a fantastic job, and I'm pretty detail-oriented. It definitely stood out as memorable to me.

Yes, definitely different strokes here! When my partner and I were walking and fighting the crowds and congestion over by Harrods and Harvey Nichols he remarked, "I'm so glad we
did not stay in Knightsbridge." But we're walking to Soho bars half the nights so different agenda.
