I yesterday had to cancel a trip on multiple tickets, and am unsure what I need to do for each to get refunds / flight credits:
- 3 award tickets paid with miles and cash for tax
- The 3x 30.000 miles got already refunded
- The 3x $140 taxes I can't request for refund on the AA Refunds site - it states to call AA to refund the miles. I don't see any pending refunds on my credit card yet.
- Do I need to call for getting the taxes refunded?
- 1 Main Cabin ticket paid with cash
- I assume this should become a "flight credit"? But I don't see it showing in my AAdvantage wallet yet.
- This ticket shows as "Eligible for review" on the AA Refunds site - but none of the selectable reasons apply and I also don't think it would be able to get refunded.
- How can I get the flight credit for this to show in the wallet? Or, do I need to wait until I book another flight, and then reference this ticket # to apply the funds?
