Maybe slightly less recline by a cm or two, but not enough to be noticable. But no one behind you to bump the seat when you recline. Row 27 is great imo. Only thing to note is the basinet in the first row of economy behind, might be a baby on the other side of the bulkhead (as there is now, very well behaved so far).
