Just flew back from lhr to hkg. Had a full fare PE seat and tried to get an upgrade via the 'bidding' tool that didnt get approved. At the airport, I was very pleasantly surprised to find that I had been upgraded for 10years MP membership (about a month earlier than my actual 10 year anniversary).

Had a great flight and slept 8+hours on the way back. Now severely jet-lagged in quarantine hotel.
